We lived here for a year. It was perfect for us. We had issues with our washer and dryer and maintenance came within the day to problem solve the issue. Maintenance is on top of issues, and we did not feel neglected. They keep the grounds clean. They also have a system where packages are delivered to the clubhouse, and that made us feel safe while we were at work and items were delivered.
